THE AWARD VIA https://hamlog.online/club/5ocean/317/

It would be our pleasure to inform radio amateurs that from 1 to 31 January 2022 the Special Call Sign SX1CAF (1 Century Air Force) will be on air in all HF bands. It will be done with the collaboration of the International Club of Amateur Radio "5th Ocean", (www.avaham.org).

This award is dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the first flight of the Henry Farman III military aircraft done by Lieutenant D. Canbero on May 13, 1912.

The "Fifth Ocean Ham Aviator's Club" has members that are radio amateurs, from all over the world, who have a direct relationship with aviation (pilots, paratroopers).

SX1CAF is a special call sign for the award of the Greek branch 5th Ocean Club.

All QSOs will be uploaded to the following platform https://hamlog.online/club/5ocean/ and by completing the rules, the participants will be able to download their diploma for free.

It has been mentioned in our previous competitions that in Greece there are three members belonging to this international club:

SV1AHH (Polydoros Stavropoulos),

SV1GGF (George Petrakis) and

SV3GLL (Zacharias Velissaris)

The award team includes SV1JFL (Stavros Panagiotopoulos) where he will have the technical supervision of the award.
