Some nice audio from my FRG7 on 40mtrs the other evening. I obtained the receiver 25 years ago from G7DIE Steve, and i will never let this receiver go, it is super quiet ! Only mod i made was to exchange the 6Khz barn door wide filter for a 3.1Khz, which tames it quite a bit, I did try a 2.5Khz but it would not take it without further modification.
