Biography

Hi I'm Vernon and live about 12 miles northeast of Dunedin City.(Sth Island)

I have been an amateur for over 35 years. At present the rigs I am running a TS440s, FT 900 & a IC7300 @ 100w and have a TH5DX tri-band beam on a wind up tower (45' max) for 20, 15 10 mtrs.

Am quite keen on HF operation but also enjoy the local V/UHF bands. A very keen rag chewer rather than DXer but still enjoy working some of the less common ones...
