1999 - First touch with this hobby

2000 - Finished beginners course at local radio club "Pirot" - YU1INO

2000 - 2007 Many activities, mostly on 40m and 20m bands using YU1INO callsign

Sep 2008 - Got my first radio - handheld Kenwood TH-F7E

Feb 2009 - Got my personal callsign - YU1TTN

Jul 2009 - Developed full-duplex telephone over radio link

Nov 2009 - Got a second-hand Motorola GP1280 UHF

Apr 2010 - Started website about VHF/UHF repeaters in Serbia -

Feb 2011 - Website expanded, covers all ex Yugoslav republic (S5, 9A, E7, YU, 4O and Z3), and it's offering informations about repeaters, beacons, APRS and Echolink nodes

Jan 2012 - Website got new design

Jun 2013 - Ideas and plans for the first Serbian amateur radio high altitude balloon (AREA Project) with my friend Miško YU1TTA

Jul 2013 - Adopted official logo for AREA Project - thanks Bratislav!

Aug 2013 - First prototype for AREA Project (Microchip PIC16F876 based, DTMF commands and telemetry)

Dec 2013 - Changes in AREA Project, switching to Atmel ATmega328

Jan 2014 - Developed libs for Hellschreiber and RTTY digital modes (AREA Project)

Feb 2014 - Developed lib for SSTV BW digital modes (AREA Project)

Mar 2014 - Developed lib for SSTV R36 digital mode (AREA Project)

Jul 2014 - Developed encoding lib for AX.25 Packet radio / APRS (AREA Project)

Aug 2014 - Performed a test of AREA Prototype #2 in real-conditions with help of my friend Aleksa (thanks!)
During test there were two operational frequencies - 144.500 MHz (digital modes RTTY, Hell and SSTV), 144.800 MHz (APRS)

Jan 2015 - Proposals for improving current network of VHF/UHF repeaters in Serbia and creating minimal APRS nodes network to cover main areas in Serbia (thanks Miško for suggestions!)

Dec 2016 - Started hobby meteo station "Pirot" -

Dec 2016 - Meteo reports available on APRS in plain-text mode -

Jun 2018 - Changed configuration of meteo station (now working as stand-alone device), Complete Weather Report format over APRS

Jun 2018 - Developing handheld tracker/navigator (GPS positioning, APRS beacon, messaging,...)

Aug 2018 - Developed APRS Bot that checks for foreign stations, and if they're inside of Serbia - welcomes them with a text message

Sep 2018 - Developing APRS client for Windows OS with offline maps, messaging and special features for amateur radio emergency services

Dec 2018 - Got a second-hand Icom IC-7000 HF/VHF/UHF Transceiver

Feb 2019 - First time working in portable with my callsign on HF
