My name is I Nyoman Sulatra,born at bali island indonesia 16 September 1965,active on amateur radio communication since 1994 with fisrt callsign YD9BCS (General class),my member number 94066822,than take the level increase test 1995 with callsign YC9BCS (Advance class),next follow the increase to Extra class test in indonesia 1998 with callsign YB9BCS (Extra class),my qth loc.OI71OE .active on communication mode phone and digital .
