Biography

Originally from a farm in Ohio, I am now retired in Warrenton, Virginia after many years of working in the information technology profession. When not on the radio, I teach Olympic style archery to kids and adults both individually and as a professor
at George Mason University. My station is solar powered for everything except the computer. The antenna is a multi-band trap dipole at about 20 feet above ground.

Worked DXCCs:

Equipment

Running a Yaesu FTDX1200 into a 10,20,40 meter trap dipole at about 6 meters above the ground. Using a Vibroplex Iambic key and an original Vibroplex bug - 1953 vintage.
