Biography
I have more than 20 years experience writing, designing for people and companies involved in IT, wireless communications, and telecommunication. I'm an award winning poet, trainer, and entrepreneur.
I hold a BS and M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from Howard University.(Gooooo Bison!) I'm member of IEEE, ARES/RACES, ARRL/OTC, OMIK/ARC and FISTS.
I've been a licensed amateur radio operator for over 30 years. My first call sign was WN2IFS. Recently, I have begun playing with HSMM as a means of providing emergency communications for hospitals in Prince George's County, MD, and I'm listed on Broadband Hamnet as one of the regional Elmers for Maryland.
I'm also interested the uses of wireless communication in international development and uses of radio to bring people and communities together.
