Biography

I have been licensed since 1977. I was introduced to ham radio by my late uncle Joe W1GVZ who had been my elmer prior to 1977. He would teach me the Morse code on and off so I would be able to get a grip on copy/sending it. If he had not been living next door I would probably not be in the hobby today. I love chasing DX also do some contesting and rag chewing.
