Biography

Novice and Technician Ticket in 1976 at the Washington DC, Field Office.

QTH in Alexandria, VA until Oct 1978. Stationed at and lived on the USAF Academy in Colorado Springs, CO until Oct 1982. Stationed at Brooks AFB (82-87) and Lackland AFB (87-91)in San Antonio, TX. Dropped the hobby towards the end of 1987.

Retired from USAF 1992 and moved back to Kingsport, TN after my final tour at Kunsan AB, Korea.

Did 21 years on the road as a Long Haul Trucker and another 5 years as a School Bus Driver for the Local City School system. Started back into the hobby Dec 2017 and graded to General in Mar 2018.

Full-time retired May 2018. Plan to upgrade to Extra by the end of 2019.
