Biography

Have been a ham for over forty years, struggling through all the five classes, plus Novice. My wife is Sue,KD3GG and sons are:Steven, KA3SRC and William, KB3HUG. ,Both are Information Technology Specialists and hold general class licenses.
I am a retired school psychologist, former EMA Radio andRadiological Officer, RedCross Disaster Chairperson,
Started the first VE program in the region, hold free ham classes once a year, sell Quansheng radios, was a volunteer
Fireman and EMT on the ambulance. I was very active in both cub and Boy Scouts, and,served as a ,unit commissioner.
Over the years I have tried many aspects of our wonderful hobby including DXing with over 300 confirmed,Packet,setup
The first linked nodes and DXCluster in the area, PSK, traffic handling, rag chewing, public service, satellites, etc....still experiencing
New,parts of the hobby.
