Biography

If we had a QSO on July 12 - 16 2021 I was operating portable from Medicine Mountain Scout Rance in Custer, South Dakota, U.S.A. That is Maidenhead Grid DN83dv, which I expect has not been activated for quite some time and will not be activated again for quite a while.

Worked DXCCs:

Equipment

I have a Kenwood TS-440AT running 100 watts through an MFJ-969 tuner into a simple 40m dipole that runs north/south and is suspended about 12 m from the ground. That's it! No amplifiers, no Yagi, no tower. Ah, well, it is enough to have fun with and I am certainly doing that. I use PSK and other digital modes a lot when other people are in the house and SSB when I am home alone or if it is late at night.

DX Code Of Conduct

dx code of conduct small logoI support the "DX Code Of Conduct" to help to work with each other and not each against the others on the bands.
