First licensed in 1954 @ age 14, as K0BPE in West Burlington, Iowa. 9 years in U.S. Military
U.S. Navy as Crypto/Supervisor two destroyers then US Special Forces 3rd Special Forces
Group (ABN)/5th Special Forces Group(ABN)- (Vietnam) Det-B-22/A222 Commo SGT.(Green Berets)
Year and a half w/ Palo Alto Fire Department, Palo Alto, CA. 21 Years w/ California
Highway Patrol Last 4 years with CHP Helicopter-30 San Francisco Bay Area Co-Pilot
Retired- 21 years with CHP.I help as an extra class VE @ Sun City Anthem
Amateur Radio Club(WA7SCA-AA7SC)in Henderson, Nevada 89052. We try to give FCC exams monthly at Anthem club center.II
I also manage as station trustee for W7IP (International Police Association Radio Club-western region) + N6SP (California Highway
Patrol) (State Police Radio Club).
