Biography

Been ham since age 13, June 6, 1954 in Mobeetie, TX. Started out as a Novice working
CW and I still prefer CW but do work most modes. I have a degree in chemistry and I worked 32 years in the lab at Phillips 66 in Borger, TX. I have been retired 20 years now and live in White Deer, TX for last 36 years. Been single for 32 years now. I enjoy visiting and drinking coffee. I volunteered 10 years at the hospital in Pampa, TX. I have enjoyed the internet for 20 years now.

Equipment

Present equipment consist of yaesu FTdx3000, AlS-600, yaesu FT890, Heathkit HW-8, Heathkit HW-9, Rockmite 20, and several 2/440 rigs and a IC-706 mobile rig.
