I love this hobby and really enjoy the friends I have met on the air and in person. Exchanging stories as well as ideas. This to me is the heart of Amateur Radio "Experimentation in all areas". Equipment

My station consist of a Yaesu FTdx5000MP with a SM5000 and using TelePost's LP-Pan and SDR-IQ software for HF and a Kenwood TS-2000 for VHF / UHF. Newest addition to the shack is an Icom IC-7610. MAN I Love this radio!!!! It is now my dedicated digital radio. FT8 & CW. All rigs use HRD. Amplifier is an Alpha 87A. Mics are the Heil PR-40 on the TS-2000 and a Electrovoice RE20 on the FTdx5000. All of this is routed through a DBX 286A Mic Pre, Bellari RP533 Tube Multi Processor, Behringer PEQ2200 5 Band Parametric EQ, Behringer EX3200 Multi Band Processor, Behringer MX882 Line Splitter/Mixer and a Behringer RX 1602 Mixer. A Diamond GSZ4000 P/S, Wavenode WN-1 station monitor, Ameritron ATR-30 antenna tuner out to a full wave 160m loop (560') at 65' and a 50' tower with Glen Martin Hazer loaded with Mosley TA-33, M2 2M-12 nested at 65' turned by a Yaesu G-800DXA. I use a Diamond GP-9 for VHF and UHF and a K5DDD 6m Loop at 50'. On the right side I have my AOR 3000A Receiver hooked up to a Diamond Discone at 45'. The monitor speakers are Pioneer studio monitors hooked to a Pioneer Amp. Computers are a Dell Studio XPS 9100 w/ a Dell Ultra Sharp U3011 30" LCD Monitor. A Dell Laptop w/ a Dell UltraSharp U2711 27" LCD Monitor and a Dell Ultra Sharp 24" LCD Monitor hooked to the IC-7610..
