Biography

Hi! Thanks for checking me out. I've been a ham since 1990. I'm Pastor of Trinity Church of God, (independent) here in Greenville, SC. I play guitar and bass guitar and my wife and I are over the music ministry at our church. My wife plays the mandolin and banjo and we do southern gospel and bluegrass gospel music. I enjoy working with computers and have some schooling in it. I am a retired Patient Care Technician and Phlebotomist. I am currently retired and just love it! I enjoy my ham radio hobby and the great people I meet on there.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope to meet you on the air one day. 73'S
STEVE/W4TOL

I like working CW and recently I have discovered the fun of FT8! If you have never tried it, try it! I have been having a ball with it! If you see me on the waterfall, please give me a call even if we have worked each other before.

73 and hope to see you soon on the waterfall!!

Worked DXCCs:

Equipment

My radio is a Yaesu FT450 and an Icom 725 and my main antenna is a 80 meter Dipole up about 35 feet and aimed East and West. I have an End-Fed long wire for 160 meters up 40 feet. So, between the two, I have all around coverage. I have a Quad Loop for 6 meters up 25 feet. All my antennas are homebrew.

DX Code Of Conduct

dx code of conduct small logoI support the "DX Code Of Conduct" to help to work with each other and not each against the others on the bands.
