I am a DX Chaser for the most part & my Favorite band is 6 meters.I do NOT collect awards from the ARRL I just keep my own records.I have worked & confirmed 49 states on 6 meters & just need Alaska for my personal WAS.My Favorite HF band is 17 meters.I am just getting into Amateur Satellite Communications so it will all be New to me.Look me up on YouTube under my name & watch & listen to me singing Classic Country Music & Southern Gospel music as well.73 & God bless!


BASE SETUPS:ICOM 7600 with a RED HEIL FIN,LDG AT-1000,& an ICOM PW-1 amplifier with a WELZ SP-600 wattmeter with an added K4DPK PEP board for 6 meters & an AUTEK WM-1 for HF,I also use an ICOM 2820H for 2 meter & 440 FM analog & D-STAR & an ICOM 821H for Satellite communications with an ICOM SM-8 desk microphone & an ICOM 910H with a HEIL iCM microphone for 2 meter & 432 SSB.I also have an ICOM 746 with a HEIL iCM microphone as a backup HF/6/2 meter radio which I leave connected to an Antron 99 at just 30 ft.I also now do some DMR with an Ailunce HD1 HT with a Shark RF Open Spot. I have a ClearSpeech DSP Base Module connected to all of them.I also have a MOSLEY TA-53M,M2 6M5X, CUSHCRAFT 215WB at 61 ft for 2 meter SSB,a CUSHCRAFT A270-10S, DIAMOND V-2000,Antennas & more G5RV, & a W8AMZ 160 meter 1/2 Sloper.In my mobile I run a TYT TH-9800 with the Diamond 8900R Quad Band antenna for 2,6,10,& 440 FM I have a ClearSpeech DSP Speaker attached to it for quiet contacts.No SASE or Green Stamps EVER required for any QSL card but I use ONLY real paper QSL cards & stamps.No LoTW,no Logbook,no QRZCQ logbook,& no eqsl's that includes all forms of electronic QSL's.
