Biography

Hello! I'm very new to all of this. Please don't hesitate to email me if you feel I'm doing something wrong or see ways I can improve.

Lately, I've found myself very interested in chasing special event callsigns, operating SSTV on 14.230, and working FM satellites.

My rig is a Yaesu FT-450D with a homemade dipole made from 14ga copper wire strung between two trees around 10' up in the air. It's not ideal, but for now, it's the best I have available. I suffer living under the tyrany of an HOA.

If we've worked eachother via a satellite, I was using a Yaesu FT-60r (5w) hooked up to a handheld Yagi made from a tape measure.

I really enjoy trading QSL cards. If you're interested in mine, please send me one and I'll send back. No need to include any money. I'll handle postage. I do upload all logs to LotW on a regular basis.
