I became interested in Short Wave Radio in the 60's My Mom gave me a transistor Radio
she kept in the car glove compartment. I was very interested and couldn't stop listening to the AM broadcast stations out of NY/NJ. CB Radio in the 70's was fun but it wasn't for me. My brother W2WAT came home from the service and got into Ham Radio. He showed me a few VHF/UHF radios and it all came to me I wanted to do Ham Radio..

First Licensed Technician No code in 1990 as N2QBO I moved to Florida shortly after and
became KD4QWY. Returned from Florida, I changed my callsign and recieved N2UTO / KD2SCE
thirty years later as a General Class I have a vanity callsign W2ZMZ everyone asks
