Biography

QSL LoTW or Direct.

No, I don't use power amplifier when using FT8 on HF bands; instead I typically use DF4SA's Spiderbeam and up to 95W. (Currently off line. Using random wire with FC-40 tuner.)

Primary antenna for 160-40 meters is Voyager-DX.

When portable, I use TX-599 running on battery power and 5-10W. Antenna in this case is a single band dipole, frequently in inverted-V configuration with 20' aluminum painter's pole as the central support and 4' fiberglass electric fence stakes at the ends. Works great at 14MHz and up.

DX Code Of Conduct

dx code of conduct small logoI support the "DX Code Of Conduct" to help to work with each other and not each against the others on the bands.
