Biography

This callsign belonged to my uncle, Norman B. Lyons, who earned it in 1938 and held it until his death in 2009. Norman was my "elmer" and friend. I consider it a privilege to keep his callsign on the air.

My first callsign was KC0HMJ, which I held from 2000 until 2009.

I enjoy collecting QSL cards and will respond either direct or through the (ARRL) Bureau. I prefer physical QSL cards and am happy to respond if you send a Self-Addressed Envelope - RETURN POSTAGE NOT REQUIRED. I also participate in eQSL (AG) and LoTW and will QSL via QRZ.COM IF REQUESTED.
