Biography

Hello Friends! I decided I had best update the info here and I will be making some changes as we progress. We did get all moved to new QTH, arriving last March 8th and have been busy ever since. I have had the station on the air now for nearly 10 weeks but unfortunately we are still off the air going on 2 weeks now due to the extreme ice storm that hit us. We ended up with 1 1/2" of ice on everything and most all the electric and service lines are still fully covered. My little hex beam looks rather pitiful but after this Monday (1-6-2014) it should be ice free, I hope. Temps are to be in the mid 40's. We shall see. They are also forecasting yet another ice event later in the week.

I hope to see you all on the air! You can check out more photos of the new QTH and related ice storm photos at the qrz.com site under my call.
