Made Tech in 1984, Upgraded to extra. Did it on 11-10-2016. Its amazing what a little drive and support from other Hams gets you when trying to upgrade. Its with there help and support that I made Extra. You guys got me through those tough days. Thank You ! Without your drive and support i would still be a General and not at my goal of Extra.
Making new friends on the bands is alwaysa proirity. Starting to get involved with Digital Communication also but still love SSB Phone. Helping to keep ham radio alive and active, Looking into this cw thing also.

Other interests includes motorcycling. I just sold my 1998 Yamaha V-Max Black on Black Edition to my Son so its still in the family when I can ride again. Also play a guitar, a Tarkamini Hollow Body for enjoyment. Just Re-Tired from G.E in Lynn Ma after 46 years of service. Worked the jet engine department building and testing the F-404 and the F-414 engines.Last 10 years at G.E. I was a Union Elected OSHA Certified Safety Rep. Simply loved that job. Made me feel like i made a difference.

I feel pretty good, but more important to me, I've made a lot of new friends and had many interesting conversations along the way. Hope to talk to all of you again.
