Biography
I'm an Aircraft Mechanic (A&P - by trade - haven't been doing that for about 10 years). Been INTERESTED in Amateur Radio since the early 1970s while in High School. My original Elmer was my Science teacher and he held the call that I currently have in his honor - he's still alive and had changed his call to W1XX in Rhode Island.
I'm working on my Extra Class at the moment; the last time I took the test, the examiner said that my answer sheet "looked like it had the Measles" (HI HI).
Currently working at a local company that relocated here from UT that makes prosthetic feet from carbon fiber. I had previously worked for 9 (almost 10) years for a local electronics manufacturer as an assembler.
