Biography

I have been a licensed Ham since 1999. My first call was KC0FLQ and when I received my TechPlus I was able to get my Dad's call and now hold a General class license.
I became interested in ham radio when I was very small and upon entering the U.S.Army in 1963I was trained as an Infantry radio operator and served in Korea,Germany and VietNam.
I enjoy DXing and Ragchewing and operate on 2m meters thru 160.I also serve as Dade County Emergency Coordinator for A.R.E.S (Amateur Radio Emergency Service). Thanks for visiting my page and look forward to meeting you on the bands. 73
