Biography

Born Montreal 1948, Moved Coppermine/Kugluktuk 1971 with DOT as radio op/weather observer, Ham since 1964, Second Class ticket exchanged for Advanced Amateur, 1979. Marine 350 tonne Master's Licence 1997, Aircraft Pilot 2001 (PA-12, floats and wheel-skis).
