Orange, New South Wales, Australia.

I am the sysop for the Echolink Linking node 270506, VK2BLO-L in Orange New South Wales. This node is running on the 70cm band on 439.050Mhz, Simplex, with 91.5 tone ctcss.

The Echolink Radio is a Yaesu FT-4700R, TXing 10 Watts, into a Diamond X-300 2m/70cm Antenna. 6 meters high.

Also Run APRS, Mobile, VK2BLO-9. this is a Yaesu FTM-300DR in my Truck.
The others are, vk2blo-7, a Kenwood TD-72 handheld, vk2blo-5 as the Digi I-Gate to the internet network via DireWolf I-Gate system on a old laptop, running Win-7. vk2blo-3 is the mobile phone. When mobile, i use 2m and 70cm most of the time.

Using a Yaesu FTM-400DR as the home radio, into a home made 1/2 wave flower pot type antenna up 4 meters high, this is the main radio & antenna.

The Weather Station is a LaCrosse Pro WS-2308, that has it's data on the net and also on APRS.FI, using call VK2BLO-WX & VK2BLO-1.

Run a Yaesu FT-857D on HF/VHF/UHF, Antenna is a 6 Meter flower pot Dipole & a old Station Master & long wire for HF.

HF working, FT-8 Digital Mode on 6M, 10M, 15M, 20m. with the Grid of QF46nr.

Some voice on 6meters, 10meters, 15meters & 20meters.

Orange is at 870 to 890 meters above Sea level.
