Biography

Hello there,

My name is Eric and I have been in the Ham Radio hobby since early 2021. In February of 2021 I obtained my Basic with Honours licence. In late December of 2022, just shy of two years after my initial exam, I passed and obtained my Advanced Licence. I live in Ontario, Canada and I am thoroughly enjoying my experience in the Ham radio world thus far. Some of my other interests/hobbies outside of the Ham Radio world include hiking, hunting, camping, fishing, and general all outdoor activities. Within Ham Radio, I'm interested in topics such as shortwave listening, emergency power/off-grid preparedness, solar-powered systems, emergency communications, and Parks On The Air. Hope to talk with you on the air one day.
