Biography

Hi, Tnx for looking me up.
I have my ham licence since december 2000.
I'm a retired hydroelectic power plant operator.
My main radio shack is on L'Ile-du-Grand-Calumet (or in english Grand-Calumet Island, 140 km NW of Ottawa) this island is on the Ottawa river.

But I also transmit as portable from my hunting camp or it could be mobile.

Equipment

My working conditions:

HF : Elecraft K3 + P3 with a Heil PR-781microphone.
My antenna for 10 to 160 meters band an Off Center Fed dipole,
And a 3el. SteppIR yagi 6M to 20M at 13 meters height using a Yaesu G-800SDX rotator,

VHF / UHF : Kenwood TS-2000, MC-60 microphone.
My antenna is a Scorpion 88 by Cubex( 8 el. quad beam antenna ) for 2M and 70 cm.

In the mobile I use an Icom IC-7000 and a Little Tarheel II screw antenna.
