Biography

Built my first homebrew radio at 11 years old — a simple detector receiver (as usual) with an antenna strung between two 9th-floor rooftops. Got a very strong signal on a TON-2 ???? earphone.

Then followed a long journey as an SWL (Shortwave Listener) — 23 years of listening.

Got my license at 34 years old.

Since then, I've been building receivers, tuners, antennas, and other radio gear — still at a beginner level (as of 2019).

Worked DXCCs:

Equipment

Current setup:
TRX: Malamute TRX 20 W
Antenna: Dipole for the 15m band
