Biography

I was born on 14 July 1956 in Odessa, Ukraine. I studied in Kherson Marine College, as a radio engineer. I was a Chief radio on the ships Blask Sea Shipping Company from 1975 till 1982. I am ham since 1971.I am married, have a doughter and Grandson.
