Biography

More then 100 DXCC were received with a receiver of an old and simple design, DCRX68 by W7ZOI on 40m band SSB.
I'm experimenting with another receiver prototypes and learning Morse code now.
RTL-SDR DIY KIT. It's a noisy BS, but still can receive something.
165 DXCC were received with a simple direct conversion receivers mostly on 40m and 20m band in SSB and CW modes.
I've installed FT8CN app for my Android phone. Experimenting with it now. It can receive FT8 even on a phone's mike, but I gonna build an interface cable for it.
I just tune my Motoroler to 14074 by ear then place my phone between headphones.
I can hold my phone in my hands and use it for internet browsing while FT8CN decoding messages.
In summer of 2023 I tried to get out of Russia for it persecutes Jehovah's Witnesses. I have a Bible study from them. I couldn't make it for my papers expired, lack of money, and poor health state. Russian betrayers have taken my Android phone so I've lost my Google account, my email, and many others of my internet accounts. I still remember my login and password for QRZCQ. :-)
I've returned to Lugansk.
My Motoroler had some issues, but it's performing fine again. :-)
(The problem is Devil runs the world. He is lier and murderer. This is the reason why Hitler got the power, but Christ was executed as "blasphemer" and "rioter" by denunciation of clergy.
That's why we've got the Gospel about the God's kingdom. Jehovah would put everything in order. He has anointed the king, Jesus Christ. The dead will be resurected and we'll meet our beloved ones again! :-)
NO QSL.

Worked DXCCs:

Equipment

DCRX68 40m by W7ZOI.
Not any more - "End Fed Inv Vee 25m long + L-match. The antenna was designed in an empirical way. I've just mounted a peace of wire over an apricot tree then cut it in two peaces at a convenient to connect coax place. I've measured it's impedance with nanoVNA and calculated an L-networks for 40m and 20m bands with the Smith chart (TU W0QE). These L-networks are switched with a simple relay."
RTL-SDR DIY KIT.
Magnetic loop of 3m circumference.
I've prototyped an si5351 based digital PLL for my DCRX68. Experimenting now. :-)
Simple solid state regen by US5MSQ 80m with ferrite antenna. Can read big guns up to 2000m distance.
Motoroler - 40m/20m MC3361/MC34119 based DCRX by my own design. It's powered with 3.7V LiIon battery. I've built an active CW filter for it (by Ten-Tec Century 22 design). It's based on lm324/tl084/mcp6004 and it performs great.
A simple homebrewed BF998&J310 based tunable preselector. It's powered with 3.7V LiIon battery. Just to keep my receiver's parasitic radiation off my antenna. It drains more power then Motoroler with headphones. :-)
My current setup for SWLing the QRS contest is an old BCRX with ferrite rod antenna for 40m (8transistors) + external BFO + magnetic loop antenna of 3m circumference. :-)
My current setup for SWLing of FT8 is Android phone+FT8CNapp+BCRX (ferrite antenna)+external BFO+resonant magnetic loop ant 3m CF+1 hour warming up. :-)))
I've added the 17m band to Motoroler by connecting a coil in parallel to LO coil. Not ideal, but useful.
