Was born 27.10.1953 years in Volgograd(Stalingrad). In ham radio an ether with 1969 year, first call was UA4ACI. Since 1976 UA4FCO till the present time I live now in village Chernozerie, Penzenskaya obl. it is 60km NortheWest from Penza city.
