Biography

Hello!

My name is Sotiris, and I am an amateur radio operator from Greece.

Amateur radio is one of my favorite hobbies, and I enjoy continuously learning more about radio communications, technology, and new ways of connecting with people around the world.

My main interest is in the VHF and UHF bands, where I enjoy using handheld transceivers, especially Baofeng radios. I like experimenting with radios, antennas, and different communication methods. One of my favorite activities is making contacts through local and regional repeaters, exchanging experiences with other operators, and being part of the amateur radio community.

I am a proud member of the SZ3P Patras Amateur Radio Association. Through the association, I have the opportunity to participate in radio activities, improve my technical knowledge, and meet other people who share the same passion for amateur radio.

Besides amateur radio, I have a strong interest in cybersecurity, networking, computers, and technology. I enjoy learning how communication systems work, exploring digital technologies, and understanding the connection between radio, electronics, and modern computer systems.

I am always looking forward to improving my skills, discovering new technologies, and making new contacts with fellow radio amateurs.
