Hello, thank you for visiting my page:-)

My name is "Takis". I have been a HAM since 1993. My favorite mode is CW! I like CQing. Please call me when hearing my CQ. It is my pleasure to contact the same station many times. Good DX and I hope to meet you on the band.

I never use web SDR receivers for QSOs. So, DX radio signals received here are really coming into the SV land at levels sensible by human ears.

A nice activity and aspect of our hobby is to wear headphones and get lost in the frequencies.. at the same time, I spot anything interesting I hear on the cluster! In this way, I feel like I'm putting a small stone in the DX stations to make them stand out!

Equipment

At this time, my equipment capabilities are limited and therefore i am enjoying the hobby with my favorite Yaesu FT-817 transceiver and vertical antenna, the Cushcraft R5.

The key in the photo is with magnets and was made by my friend Valery - RA1AOM. I thank him very much for everything and for the pleasure he gave me with this awesome key!
