Biography
Hello my name is George (BEng Electronics Eng., BSc Computer Science),and I live in Athens. Member of Radio Amateur Association of Greece(R.A.A.G.) since 2004. In HF i am operating with my Icom IC-746 and with a home made random wire antenna + 9:1 Unun. You can also find me in the local APRS traffic transmiting my beacons through my Kenwood TH-D72e or my Kenwood TM-D710e when i am mobile. I am also really enjoying qrp operation in HF and VHF with my Yaesu FT-817ND and my ATX Walkabout antenna.
I am operating from my first QTH in KM17UW most of the year and my second QTH in KM17WT mainly summer time.
I also held an echolink service operating 24/7 in KM17WT which is located in the region of Lagonisi ,Attika. Approx. 30km south of the capital. More info at my website.
Finally i run an APRS iGate working 24/7 ,under SV1JRF-10.

My first qsl priority is LoTW, were i am uploading qso's every week. Once a year i also send qsl cards via bureau usually on Semptember. I can also reply to you via direct mail, and i am also using eQSL which is issued automatically every time i make a qso. SWL Reports are always welcome! 73
