Biography

Ham radio is my hobby for many reasons, and my passion for it reaches my limits. For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by radio waves and the possibility of long-distance communication. Even as a child, I listened in remotely, which not only developed my risk-taking skills but also opened doors to the world of other cultural products and people.

One application I particularly value in ham radio is traveling with a radio beam to other countries. Such travel not only provides work in new conditions but also the opportunity to learn about communities and customs. Furthermore, working via satellite allows me to connect with other enthusiasts around the world, which gives me access to the internet.

I'm also an activator in the SOTA program, which combines my passion for radio with my love of mountain hiking. Activating castles as part of my diploma programs is another way to combine my passion for amateur radio with discovering the history and culture of various places.

I participate in Polish and international amateur radio competitions, which provide me with a challenge and a chance to test my skills and equipment. Competition and the pursuit of excellence motivate me to constantly improve.

I use CW and SSB modes, as well as technologies such as APRS, LoRa, D-Star, DMR, and DAPnet. These allow me to develop my communication skills and experiment with various forms of data transmission.

Amateur radio is much more than just a hobby; it's a lifestyle that allows me to constantly expand my horizons, make new friends, and constantly learn something new.
