Born: 1967 in Borlänge, Sweden.
Previous cities of operation: Borlänge (SM4ONT), Östersund (SM3ONT).
Current QTH: Kungsbacka, located 30 km south of Gothenburg,  as SM6ONT.
Member of: SSA (Swedish National Amateur Radio Association). Radio clubs of Kungsbacka (SK6KY) and Gothenburg (SK6AG).
Licensed since: 1982. I was 15 years old and managed to get a C-license.
Back then it was a minor theoretical test and a morse test with 8 WPM transmitting and receiving.
The C-license was limited to CW for all bands except 10 meters were phone was allowed.
Military service: I did my conscript military service in 1987 - 1988 (15 months) as a radio operator and grabbed the oportunity to get my A-license.
It was a more extensive theoretical test and 16 WPN for the CW test. Then i could finaly use all bands with all modes.
Education: 4 year Technical College graduate (electrical and telecommunication) and Master Of Science in Informatics.
Current occupation: Working as a system analyst and developer.
