Biography

37yo amateur licensed in 2015.

Running a Kenwood TS-590S on HF+6m. Modified G5RV (ZS6BKW). DIY moxon on 6m.

On VHF/UHF I run a Yaesu FT-857D and a 15el on 2m. The 70cm & 23cm antennas are not on the air atm.

Also experimenting a lot with SDR, including: Red pitaya, funcube dongle, rtl-sdr, hackrf.

Have a QRP-labs U3s running WSPR at 80+40+20+15+10+6m at 0.2-2W approx into a Diamond CP-6.

QSL POLICY: I confirm every QSO via eQSL.cc and LotW. I will happily respond to QSLs sent direct to the address above or via bureau. I do not send QSL for every QSO because this results in sending many cards to HAMs who really do not need them.

Trying to spot on digital modes when I have the computer and rig/sdr running.

Worked DXCCs:

Equipment

Kenwood TS-590S
Yaesu FT-857D + FT-817D
Dual TG3/750 tube amp
Wire antennas on HF, beams on 6m, 2m, 70cm, 23cm
