Biography

The call sign RM3V is used for members of the Vladimir Contest Group (VCG) mainly for participation in a contest, visits to the "Field days" and participation in public events. VCG was created in 2010, as an alternative to the official regional radioclub.The current members of the VCG are 39 licensed radio Amateur of the Vladimir region of Russia.
