Biography

Hello everyone! This is RA3XEG. Licensed in 2007.

I mastered radio in the army and was very interested in it. While still in the army, I listened radio amateurs.

I returned home in 1976. Soon I got a SWL call UA3-127-25. I worked from any club radio stations from the city Kaluga of callsignes: UK3XMC, UK3XAU, UK3XAA, UZ3XWA.
These were the years when the Internet did not exist. Amateur radio communication was such a connecting link, as the WEB now.

Many years have passed, but the old way of communication attracts millions people, and Me too. I like to work CW with a simple telegraph key, as I used to at a young age...

But I also try to keep up with life and now I am mastering digital modes of radio communication. Thanks Sergej (DL7USD) for the help in it!

Now I most time active in CW, DG, SSB modes on 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, 12, and 10 meters bands with low power (QRP) no more than 20 watts.

I prefer a paper QSL via bureau or direct.

I wish you all happiness and good DX! I'll very glad to meet all of you on the aire! 73!
