Biography

I wanted to be a HAM operator since I was young but never found time to study for it and to pass the exams, until my collegue and dearest friend Peter told me that he was going to take a course, given by the retired professor Klaas PA0KLS.
That was the trigger for me to join him.

We started the course together but to my big grief Peter passed away only a few months after the course had started.
I completed the course, passed my full exam and started working in 2020.

As a tribute to Peter I have chosen PE as my prefix (in the Netherlands, the full licensed may choose PA,PB,PC,PE, PF, PG or PH).
I regret a little not having begun earlier but an advantage is the fact that it is not likely that I ever get bored with this great hobby!
