Hi , thanks for checking my QRZ page.



We live in the north western part of the Netherlands. A small town called de Rijp.
It's about 40 km north west of Amsterdam, the capital city of the Netherlands.
My name is Willem van Eijsden. I was born 19-11-1968 In Rotterdam. I've had my Ham Licence since April 2000 with my old call PD2RYP and later we renewed it to PD5WVE. Now of course we live in De Rijp. I mostly like the portable work during holidays. Also a lot qrv on 40mtr mobile and at home. My working conditions at home are a Icom IC7300 and a Flexradio 6400ATU with a Inverted V 20 and 40 meter band , 10 meter 4 element beam of Innovantenes and an Endfet 40-10 mter band. On the holidays I use several home made antenna's, magnetic loop antennes and vertical and dipoles. Mostly we look what kind of antenna we must make. For the portable work we use an Icom IC-7300 for HF and a IC-9700 for 144mhz ssb and Flexradio 1500 for QRP .We also do 2 meter SSB Portable with a 2 element Quad-Yagi from Innovantennas. Our Dodge Ram 1500 with a Roof top tent. Although, we sold it. The reason we took that decision is because we have recently bought a Hymer Camper.

I'm also active on 2meter ssb. Also portable. When I have the time we go out with de Ram 1500
and a Icom ic9700 with 2 or 3 element Quad from Innovantenna's. Which I think they are pretty
awsome. Good performance and Jason does good work. Behind the car you see a 2 element quad.

Antenne Setup on this Campsite. 3 element innovantenna Quad and a Kit build by PA3FJJ Endfet, length 23 meters long.
For 80 meters till 10 meters.
Works great when you follow some rules. I did made much nices contacts with it. like bonaire , south america etc.

7 and 8-8-2021 we are on Rugen Island EU-057 worked a lot nof stations under DO/PD5WVE



29-12-2021 For the portable work we buy the Yaesu FTDX10 with SP-30 .We had the Icom IC-7300 and that was a really good radio but to many noice. The FTDX10 has for distortion a better solution. The 3khz Roofing filter does a good job.
