Biography
Welcome and thank you for visiting. I am glad you found my callsign on the bands.
Initially I was licensed as PE1AAM in 1976. (license class C, presently class "F " for full license). After passing a CW test I obtained my full license as PA3AJI in 1978. (license class A, presently called class "F morsecode included") CW has been a favourite operating mode ever since and take joy in homebuilding-, and trying to improve my equipment.
As a result of taking part in the Jamboree On The Air Event for many years we received our own callsign. Operating from the Thomas More Scouting group (PI9TP) location at Prinsenbeek. I am mostly active on one of the HF (CW) bands.
During my vacation that will be as DL/PA0VAM from Kyllburg (JO30ha square) in the Eifel mountains near the German/Luxemburg border and about 35 kM North from the oldest city of Germany, Trier.
I was born in 1952. My profession was an architectural adviser and draughtsman of witch i am retired now.
