Biography

My name is Louis WYNS, born on August 29 in 1951.
I live in the Dutch part of Belgium.
I started with radio communication in 1978 on 11 m and was very active on DX.
I became also an SWL in 1978 with the call ONL4646 , what is now ONL04646
Around the year 2000, I was not active anymore, due to professional activities.

In november 2015, I bought a small TECSUN PL600 receiver, and hooked this up to a longwire antenne.

I am also active on HAMSPHERE.

I will follow a course next September 2016 to become a licenced HAM operator.
