Biography

Hello and thanks for looking up my biography.

I was born in 1959 and have been listening to radio's from the age of 12 but my first QSO was on 11m when I was 20 years old and I liked it so I searched for a club for making my HAM-license.

I started in 1990 at the age of 31 with evening school and was succesful in 1991 with the callsignal ON2 then I reached higher and got ON1, 10 years later I got the highest license that I have now , ON5WAL from 2003 working all over the HF band mostly working with the microphone but also in digi modes from december 2011.

Equipment

My HF trx are Yaesu FT-950 with home made fd4 with extra for 15/30m extention ,Kelemen 160/80/40 ,home made gpa30 restore gpa50 , 2x 80m dipool ,10/15/20m dipool.
And also a ft-847 for Satelite and digimodes with yagi's 2x 9el 2m ,3el 6M ,3el 4m and diamond cx300n on top of my home made mast of 21 meters hi

Also 2 x ft897 for portable use and a old caravan fix in the garden for tru the day .

Also in uses ar for hollidays a Icom IC-706MKIIG hf/vhf/uhf on all bands.
On fm I uses Philips prm8020 ,wouxun portabels and Philips fm1000
