| Biography From my child time on I was interested in everything what called radio. The first radio's I could grab where made for the Citizen Band. Started with experimenting with wire antenna's next to my parent's house. Also in my Marco Excalibur I found the way to crank the power up. Later I started actively to listen to everything I could hear in the air. Soon I felt the need to follow a starters course at Radio amateur club PRAC. Don't know why but I waited till 2015 to get my Basic license; ON3GPP. When I left the building in Brussels I had a bad feeling and wanted instantly more. Therefore I went back to Brussels and on 29th of June 2016 got finally my Harrec A license. I had to changed my call to ON5GPP.
Start 2017 considering that I'm living in a flat on the 11th floor. Very nice view direction South ... but by building regulations, it is not allowed to install antenna's on my balcony ... :-(
So I bought an old service truck to make a beautiful mobile amateur radio shack ... hoping to work You all soon ...

About the place I live, ... we Belgian are know for our special beers, and (I hate the name) "French" fries, mussels, chocolate and the story about a boy and his dog which starts in Hoboken. And the statue in front of the Katherdraal of Antwerp where the story about the boy and the dog of Flanders ends. Worked DXCCs: Equipment Because of a curfew (Covid_19), I use my Yeasu FT-847 and the Atas-120A on my balcony.
