Biography

Hi, my name is Lubo Kuzman and I am living in north of Slovakia. My lifelong hobbies are electronics and cycling. As an child/teenager I attended microelectroncis and programming interest clubs. I was also a member of OM3RDP radioclub. I am radioamateur since February of 1998. With class "D" /OM6ALK/ at that time, I could work only at 50MHz+ frequencies, preferred rig was U/V handy. After several years of a "radio pause" I started on 2013 to listen CW at USB dongle. In February of 2015 I did exam for "N" license /OM6ADP/ and was still only listenning. With that sign I spent necesary time and count of needed QSO to go further. Still was learning and testing new things for an extra class exam. My new callsign OM6IN is valid 03 of 2018. From that time to the present I brought to life several sdr rigs: mcHF, Tulip and OVI40 with mcHF RF board. At my QTH, that contains plenty of 7 to 12 floors flat houses at local hill, I also tried to build several antennas. That´s not easy... After some time spent by answering, explanations and making compromisses I decided, that the best option of antenna is simply "elevated antenna" without neighbour´s criticism. Plans were great, but...

I´m spending freetime with my familly by mountain biking, hiking, and in winter by ski mountaineering.
