Biography

In earlier years an active SWL-station. After about 15 years started again to listen to the waves worldwide en using the modern IT-equipment and possibilities.
Active on HF (6-10-12-15-17-20-30-40-80 and 160m), VHF (145Mhz) and UHF (70cm). In all possible modes, including Data (FT8-FT4-MSK-CW-RTTY)

Specially hunting for IOTA's (Islands), alle Canadian and USA-states, and off course new countries.

Memberships VERON (The Netherlands), VRZA (The Netherlands), Romeo Foxtrot DX Association (The Netherlands) and ARRL (USA). Registered by eQSL.cc and QRZCQ.COM, unfortunately QRZ.COM refuses SWL's as non-amateurs.

QSL-manager of PA23WAAD. A SES for getting attention to Autism. See the page. qrzcq.com/call/PA23WAAD

It's too bad that we, SWL's are not able to use LotW, because we are nog really registered amateurs. There are a lot of HAM, which I heard, but only wishes to work with LotW, so there never will be an answer. Some associations seem to look at SWL's as secondary amateurs. They are really absolutely wrong.
