Packet/APRS on VHF, and PSK31 on HF.

Operate a VHF BPQ32 packet BBS on 145.050 as seen on nc6j.com .
Transitioning that to a Raspberry Pi, 2 x TNCpi. It also has a APRS Igate and will add a WinLink gateway.
