First HAM Ticket was issued in 1993 as a no-code Tech. Still using my inital call sign N8XHF.
AG8GT is a Family owned/based Registered CLUB Call for joint efforts between my Dad AG8AR and me along with my long time Navy Shipmate Norm KO4VVQ
Retired US Navy Electronics Technician Chief (ETC) ((24 yrs service)) whose primary focus was conventional communications repair of HF, VHF, UHF and some SHF systems.
Now working for a DOD Contractor traveling the world helping to repair and maintain communication systems (URT-23s, WSC-3, UHF SATCOM (OE82 and OE-570) Antennas, HF, VHF, UHF Line-Of-Sight (LOS) and multiple other US Military COMM systems and equipment) on ships across the globe.
Have shifted over to paper chasing for awards now but always willing to respond to QSO requests.
